A donor invitation

Helping churches reach and disciple the next generation

Many churches have dedicated leaders and a deep commitment to students. Yet limited budgets, tired volunteers, outdated spaces, or a ministry approach that has lost momentum can make it hard to respond to the needs of today’s middle and high school students.

There Is More helps churches take an experienced, fresh look at student ministry and turn that perspective

into practical steps. Donor support can bring this help to churches that could not otherwise afford it.

What a stronger student ministry can make possible

Belonging. Students find welcoming places and trusted adults who know them.

Growth. Teaching and experiences connect biblical truth with students’ lives.

Leadership. Youth pastors and volunteers gain training, encouragement, and a sustainable way to serve.

Connection. Churches build stronger relationships with students, families, and their communities.

How There Is More serves churches

A student ministry assessment can examine facilities, teaching, midweek programming, student experience, volunteer culture, and leadership. The church receives prioritized recommendations and a clear path forward. Follow-up coaching and training help leaders put the plan into practice. There Is More can also guide churches as they define and fill a youth minister role.

The invitation

Your partnership can open the door for a church with limited resources to receive assessment, training, and coaching. The goal is a healthier ministry equipped to welcome, engage, and disciple more young people over time.

Help a church take its next step

A practical way to invest in students and the leaders who serve them

A church partnership model

Donor gifts can underwrite all or part of a church engagement. Where appropriate, a church can contribute what it reasonably can and donor support can cover the balance. Each engagement begins with the church’s needs and ends with concrete recommendations or agreed coaching goals.

What support could provide

An assessment and action plan. Conversations with leaders, a review of the ministry experience, and prioritized next steps.

Leader training. Practical development for staff and volunteers who teach, welcome, mentor, and care for students.

Ongoing coaching. Guidance and accountability as a church carries out its plan.

Hiring guidance. Help defining a youth minister role, evaluating candidates, and asking better interview questions.

A vision that can grow

Supporting one church can strengthen the people who serve students week after week. As There Is More grows, donor partnerships could extend this help to additional churches and create shared resources or leader cohorts. The number of churches served and the results will be reported against defined goals as the work develops.
